Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Lots Of Stairs
The property was in nice condition and was in a great location just 5 minutes from the center of Breckenridge. My problem had nothing to do with the property or how it was advertised, make sure before you rent this you are aware of the number of stairs to get in and out of the house. Two sets of steep stairs to get to the upper level living room and kitchen, being a little older and from the flatlands, this was a hard climb three or four times a day coming and going. Take a good look at the property picture and understand the climb, and you'll be in for a good time.
