Park Place 203b - Oktoberfest
The condo was nice and spacious. Location was excellent and close to the Oktoberfest festivities. Parking was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean very spacious. Had everything you could need. Location was excellent five minute walk to town highly recommend. We had a great day.
Park Place 203b- Rendezvous Condo -March 2026
This was my first VRBO rental and I will give it a 7 out of 10. The unit was clean and well stocked and in a good location near the slopes. The reasons for the 7 rating are as follows. While we appreciate the supplies furnished, the listing said many were not furnished and we had bought many based on the information provided. The unit is a bit noisy from above. The issue with the TV in our bedroom was not fixed during our stay. As an owner of a beach rental in Ocean City, MD I feel the management should have resolved it. Also, the coffee maker had an old charcoal filter in the bottom that I don't think has ever been replaced. This is in addition to normal paper filters and I cleaned the unit myself. The secondary filter was disgusting to say the least. I also thought the notice signs were over the top and not very professional or inviting. I would suggest a rental binder to provide additional information to tenants. While the poor weather chased off a lot of the skiers, we enjoyed our stay at this unit.
