Great Rental For Families And Groups
Great fireplace, outdoor space, and kitchen/great room. Lots of stairs! Huge plus Is private garage parking and walkable to all of Breckenridge! There is an inordinately high deposit but it was quickly refunded after check out.
Amazing Location
This condo was very spacious for 9 friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The location is amazing within walking distance to all places on Main Street. The property manager was fantastic and I will for sure be back!!
Amazing Location On The Mountain And With A Stream Out Front!
Spacious rental and AMAZING LOCATION. We hiked everyday to accessible mountains and streams! Check in and check out was a breeze. Excellent team at Wood Winds lodging. They were available if we needed anything and very professional.

Our stay was lovely in Breck! The house was wonderful!
Family Ski Weekend Getaway
This is our second time staying in this condo and it was as perfect as the first time. The location cannot be beat. To walk out onto the slopes and walk into downtown and not have to drive (except to go to the grocery store which is not far away) is wonderful. Plenty of room for a family of four with two teenagers, a smart TV where you can pull up Netflix or prime video and watch your own stuff. It could benefit from some little TLC updates, but absolutely nothing hindered our vacation nor would we complain about those little things. For the awesome price & location, it is and was perfect for us, and we would stay there every time! We needed a place to stay on the slopes that had plenty of room and was comfortable, and it has/had everything we need. Would 100% recommend without hesitation.
