This place was a perfect as one could ask for for the price. Was it as luxurious as some others in Breck, no, nor should you expect it to be, it is 1/5th of the price for a comparable 6 bed, sleeps 8 condo. The walk to and from the slopes is easy. Our 8 year old had no issue. The condo had everything we needed and the one thing that was missing they provided within no time. The management is very proactive. We had a few texts with them and they got back to us (during business hours) in near real time.

The heating system is a bit frustrating but if you just crank it up well beyond their "comfort zone" it will come on. The master has a small tick that occurs but you can mostly avoid it by not turning it on at night.

The condo has some board games which our family of 6 plus an aunt and uncle in town had a lot of fun with.

The hot tub is very clean and an easy walk.

One thing that could be improved are the directions to the building. At night there are no lights on the signs so we missed the American building multiple times.

I have been skiing in Colorado for 12+ years, many times more than once per season. It is rare my entire family says, "we should come back to this condo" because we want to try other places or maybe it wasn't just right but this got a resound 6 votes for yes.

My wife, daughter, two grandsons and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. By most standards the condo would probably be considered very clean, but for a old military guy doing a white glove inspection there were a few areas that had some dust (top of the refridgerator, top of door and window sills and top of a couple of picture frames) and there was a little grease in the cracks around the stove and oven. The non-serrated kitchen knives were dull but I sharpened them to a razon sharp edge. Probably due to the COVID-19 situation, in the kitchen there were no condiments... salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, etc. (a first for us with a VRBO rental). I thought that the $150 cleaning fee was a bit high and no offer has been made to reimburse any of the fee when all that needed to be done after our departure was wash the towels and sheets (and probably spray disinfectant although I did that with a CDC approved disinfectant (NIXALL) that kills all viruses including COVIS, SARS, and EBOLA within 30 seconds of contact. The reimbursement of the $250 damage deposit was made expeditiously after our departure. The condo home owner's association only allows one vehicle in the parking area even though it sleeps up to eight. We had two vehicles and had to pay to park iat a distant overnight parking area,
Again, our overall experience at this locations was very positive and the proximity to the downtown area and overall setting was excellent.

Loved the place and the loved the location even more. We will be back!!!

Plenty of room in a nice location.

Plenty of room and clean. We liked the setup with the kids upstairs and master down. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Location was perfect for both the skiers and the shoppers.

We had a great stay in Ski Hill #6. We loved how conveniently located it is to Main street and ski lifts. It was clean and comfortable and accuratly described. We would definatly recommend!
