Great Stay
Awesome ski vacation
Great Location
We were a little worried about spring skiing but conditions were great, weather was fantastic with a mix of snow and sunshine days. The property was comfortable but the furnishings and some items in the unit was old and some broken. We would've liked a few more extra towels too for convenience. For safety I would recommend removing some of the old tippy furniture, broken fans and dehumidifiers from the unit. Nonetheless the stay was comfortable and the location superb. What a fun way to get back home after a long day of skiing. The kids had a good time just using the sleds in the back. Thank you for your hospitality.
Perfect Condo For Our Family!
This was our second stay in Sunset 10. Again, there was nothing lacking. We enjoy the unique floorplan and the easy access to the slopes. It's a beautiful condo in a great location. We will stay here each time we visit Breckenridge if possible.
Perfect Location For Families
We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset 10. The space was perfect for our beginning skiers. They were able to practice right outside the room after the lifts closed! There are two large tables for lots of space to enjoy meals. You can easily walk to the shops and restaurants. There are plenty of towels and supplies in the room. Bring a black out mask for upstairs bedroom that faces the well lit parking lot. It is bright and the curtains are thin.
Enjoyed The Townhouse
We had a group of 9 stay here and it was plenty of space for us. The main floor with the kitchen and living could get a little crowded when we were all there but it was still very enjoyable. The "ski in" part of this was a little hard for us because we had younger kids skiing that were not comfortable on blues and that is the only way to get there from Peak 9. We used the free busses and still really enjoyed this location. We walked to dinner/shopping
