Perfect Townhome For Our Family! Loved Our Stay In Breckenridge.

Super clean and extremely comfortable home. Townhome was very spacious for our family of 4. It felt like our home away from home. Huge deck upstairs wraps around the entire unit. Amazing view of the forest from every window - pull up those wood blinds and leave them open! Lots of privacy and very quiet surroundings. Hot tub was awesome and extremely clean. Fully stocked kitchen - you will have everything you need, and more! Full size dishwasher and extra large washer/dryer a plus. The office setup in the loft outside the master was very nice to have. Great location for enjoying all Breck has to offer! Just a quick walk to town and only a block from the trails between Peak 7 and Peak 8. Drove to several beautiful trails that were less than 15 minutes away. Management company was extremely helpful from start to finish - offered us tips and ideas for things to do during our first time in Breck. Check-in and out was a breeze using a mailbox on the office porch. Hope to be back soon! Would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.

Family Get Together

The whole process of renting and communicating with the Wood Winds Property Management was very pleasant. The check-in and out process was very simple. The property was clean and well maintained and the neighbors were very friendly and nice. Our family was in two different places so we slept 7 in our place and we were all comfortable. Plenty of room and space. The hot tub was wonderful. I would recommend this property management and this townhome to any one staying in the Breckenridge area. Close to everything
