Recently remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo conveniently located in the heart of Brekenridge within walking distance to the Snowflake Chairlift and Main Street. This condo can sleep a max of six people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double and additional sleeping space on a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
Please note this unit comes with one unassigned covered parking spot in the parking garage.
Sundowner II guests have access to the on-site hot tub and the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool facilities is located next door to Sundowner II. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

Excellent Condo One Block From The Slopes
We had a wonderful family ski trip!
This Condo has everything you need when you visit Breckenridge, very clean & comfortable. It is very well located, a block from Snowflake lift & Charter Sports (equipment rentals).
There is a bus stop a few steps from the condo, covered parking lot.
Big kitchen with everything you may need (and more).
Wood Winds' staff was very helpful, we checked in late and they left our keys & instructions in the mailbox.
Would definetely consider it for another trip to Breck.

Sundowner Ii 107 Stay
the property size, location and amenities were all really great - the only negatives were the ceilings must have been thin as we could always hear the footsteps of the family staying in the condo above us and they were quite noisy other than that some of the blankets in closet were a bit dirty. but they were the only negatives of the stay. The kitchen amenities were great, coffee, kettle, toaster and the washer/ dryer - plus there were plenty of washing up stuff and dishwasher tabs. The hot tub was right outside the front door and you could ski to the road opposite the condo with then a short 1-2 min walk to condo door. Plus the Main Street being less than a 5 min walk away. the location was really great.
So-So Experience With Woodwinds
Negatives:
1. Would have been nice if someone would have escorted us to our condo- it was a little hard to find and would have been a nice courtesy
2. Hot tub outside our unit was out of order
3. We couldn’t find the swimming pool and staff knew it was tricky but didn’t offer to help so we never swam or hot tubbed as advertised
4. One balcony door opened. All other windows in the unit were closed shut so very little fresh air
5. Overall unhelpful customer service

3. Good amenities (hair dryer, Washer, dryer, big kitchen)
