Sundowner 202

Rental was clean and ready. Always a nice place to stay and get away. The new washer and dryer was nice however the washer was difficult to open with the doors in the way. I would suggest removing the doors or switching the washer door around.

Great Place To Rest

The location is great in terms of location to ski lifts as well as main street. The unit is well furnished and has most everything you could need and more for a trip dedicated to skiing. Check in was quick and the staff polite.

Breckenridge July 2021

Overall we had a great stay at #202. The location was exactly what we wanted as it is an easy walk to town. This unit is "dated", however it is quiet and clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week. The coffee service was nice to find when we arrived and unexpected. We did not use the pool but it is only a short walk away. This is a first floor unit and very convenient to the parking area or the parking garage.

Photos Are Dated

Disappointed given the price. Everything, but the stove was dated. Faucet temperature regulators would not allow for comfortable temperature - hot or cold only. No key to ski locker. Location was good.
