Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Idyllic Vacation In Breckinridge
We loved our stay at the Wellington Haus. It had everything we needed and was so convenient to town, hiking trails et al. When we come back again, we will be staying again.

Amazing Time In Breck!
We had such a fantastic vacation in Breck this year. The Wellington Haus was perfect for our needs... location, quiet, views, and overall very comfortable. I would recommend and hope to stay there again.
Breck-Trip Getaway
We had a great time @ The Welington, as my wife & I and another couple enjoyed the week we stayed there. Well-appointed & with a couple of cute Foxes!
Couldn'T Be Better
The house was in terrific condition and perfect for our ski trip. Everything we needed was available. A short walk and even shorter drive to downtown and to the slopes. We were able to use the shuttle to get to the slopes as well. Would stay here again!
