Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Great Dog Friendly Retreat!

This is the third time we have rented this house and we keep coming back! Great location close to the trails and just a 10 minute walk from downtown. Beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well stocked. We love the outside deck and the hot tub is perfect after a long day of skiing or hiking.

Idyllic Vacation In Breckinridge

We loved our stay at the Wellington Haus. It had everything we needed and was so convenient to town, hiking trails et al. When we come back again, we will be staying again.

Amazing Time In Breck!

We had such a fantastic vacation in Breck this year. The Wellington Haus was perfect for our needs... location, quiet, views, and overall very comfortable. I would recommend and hope to stay there again.

Breck-Trip Getaway
