We had a family and friends ski vacation at Pines 113 Townhome and had an excellent time. The property is comfortable and large enough that we could all gather for meals and also split up into different groups for entertainment and down time. The view of the mountains and the 4 o'clock run is very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it for almost all of our meals. The ski in ski out was perfect for us as everyone could come and go according to their own energy and enthusiasm levels. It is literally fifty feet out the back door to the 4 O'clock run. We also used the free resort shuttle which is an easy, less than ten minute, walk from the front door. The hot tub was a real treat at the end of a full ski day.
The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets, but the mattresses are starting to wear.
There were two minor bathroom issues, a slow drain and a broken toilet flush handle, that I reported to the management team and they were taken care of the next day.
There were also two places, in the downstairs, where inside the wall repairs had been done and the final drywall treatment was incomplete, but there was no construction debris or dust and it really wasn't a problem.
I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to others. I also recommend Summit Mountain Rentals. They responded immediately to my concerns and were great about communicating.

Lovely home that is well stocked for cooking after a long day of skiing. Home is ski in/out, close to Snowflake lift. At the end of the day, follow 4 O'Clock run back to the house. The hot tub on the deck was excellent!

We came to Breck for a ski weekend with 3 teenagers. This townhome was perfect. The separation of sleeping areas and the hot tub made for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is great with ski in / ski out and close to town

Very friendly staff and awesome house!

Our family had a great time and the townhouse was perfect for our large family. The grand kids basically had the downstairs all to themselves. It is a true “ski in/ski out location. The neighborhood had a perfect hill for the little ones to sled and one day we went to Copper Mountain to tube down the hill. The home was clean and well stocked. Plan on returning for our next trip.

Perfect condo for up to four families. I liked the fact that the common room was seperated from all of the bedrooms. Hot tub location was perfect and a must after enjoying the slopes.
