BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN CONDO. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED WITH ALL COOKING ITEMS NEEDED. BATHROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. CLOSE TO PEEK 9, EASY WALK.

Excellent Location To Town/Lifts
We had a fantastic stay at this mountain home! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to both the ski lift and the charming downtown area, which made everything super convenient. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful: very clean, modern, and well maintained. We especially loved the large open windows and balconies, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view or winding down after a day on the slopes.
The space feels bright and airy, and everything from the furnishings to the decor had a high-end, comfortable vibe. It was clear the owners take great care of the property.
Pros:
Excellent location—walkable to ski lift and town
Clean, beautiful, and modern unit
Spacious feel with lots of natural light
Lovely balconies to enjoy the scenery
Well maintained property
Cons:
A hidden 15% fee was charged for using a split payment, which was frustrating and not clearly stated unless you read the fine print.
No recycling bins available, which felt out of place for a mountain destination focused on nature
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back, but it’s worth being aware of the extra fee when booking if that’s important to you when trying to save some money.

Great Location With All The Amenities
We had an amazing stay at this condo in Breckenridge! The space was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for our group to spread out and relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift, which made getting on the slopes a breeze. Having a garage to park our car was a huge plus, especially with the winter weather. The team at Summit Mountain Rentals was fantastic, providing great communication throughout our stay.
The only downside was the hot tub situation. While the listing mentions access to hot tubs, they are part of a community setup across the street. Only three out of four were working, and since they serve multiple condo complexes, they were often crowded. It would have been nice to have a more exclusive, conveniently located hot tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing.
Overall, though, this condo was an excellent place to stay, and we would definitely come back! Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-located mountain getaway.

This place was amazing. One of the best rentals we have stayed in. Perfect location for walking to the quicksilver lifts or into downtown! Beautiful condo that was very well stocked and clean. Could not ask for more.
