Great For Families
Took a family trip with my in-laws. Cabin was spacious and lots to do nearby. Only about 10 min from Breck. You do need a AWD/4x4. The plus of having the driveway up the hill is the kids being able to sled down all day.
Room For Large Group And Kids
Impressed with the well stocked kitchen, it had everything I needed. The stairs and altitude was a challenge for older people. Kids loved the game room and hot tub. Location was far from the town of Breckenridge but nice to be away from the crowds and traffic congestion. Driveway is steep - four wheel drive a must but there is also parking on lower level.

We Loved The House
We were a group of 12 and there was still so much space left. The house was clean, spacious, and provided everything we needed. I had the master bedroom and sure I was out of breath by the time I reached the 3rd floor but just out the window I could see the peak of mountains and I could just lay on the bed and watch that scenery all day. It even started snowing for a bit that day.
We were close to Breckendridge, close to the trails as well. We can't wait to go back.

Surprisingly Large, Great House Getaway In The Mtns!
With 10 guests this place was more than enough room! Very clean and overall great shape. The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived, but the technician was there first thing in the morning and got it fixed. Summit Rentals was available by call and text and were responsive, would definitely rent from them again! The whole group loved the place!
