A Wonderful Month At The Fairmont 229
We experienced a wonderful month of outdoor air conditioning while escaping the dreadful Houston August heat. The house was everything we hoped for and was a grand place for guests of ours to stay as they passed through Breckenridge. Our goal was to play as much golf as possible so the location across the road from the Breckenridge Golf Course with easy access to Keystone and The Raven Course was perfect. Obviously not used much for the summer experience, when we first arrived there was no patio furniture but Summit Rentals got right on it with the owners and furniture was delivered on time for several dinner parties that allowed us to enjoy the wonderful outdoor weather and views of the Blue River and mountains. We would certainly return if the opportunity presents itself.
Highly Recommend!
We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday with some family to ski/board in Breckenridge. And EVERYONE in our party had a great time. This house has very high quality touches--from the TVs in practically every room to the steam shower and hot tub. We easily cooked a full, traditional turkey dinner--which isn't really always possible in a rental unit--since the kitchen had enough pots, pans, etc. and great appliances. It's just slightly out of Breckenridge--about 6-7 minutes to the gondola parking lot, but that fit our needs just fine. We had a couple of VERY minor maintenance items that weren't serious enough to bother having fixed while we were there--we just told the management company when we were leaving. I would DEFINITELY recommend this unit and would stay there again.
Absolutely Beautiful!
We loved our stay! The home is gorgeous and impeccably clean. The hot tub and fire pit were great! WE couldn't believe what a great home for the price it was! We definitely will stay there again!
