Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Lovely Home In A Great Area.
Lovely home with all the amenities in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. Beautiful views of the outdoors and we actually saw moose in the back yard. The only fault is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable by all accounts. We would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was awesome. We'll maintained, beautiful grounds, super convenient location. A+ all the way would definitely rent again!
Heartstone Holiday Getaway
Our stay was amazing for a long weekend getaway! It was extremely spacious and comfortable. It was a great to relax by the fireplace with breathtaking views of the snow and mountains or in the hot tub. Everything was provided to make us feel at home in the kitchen. I would highly recommend it for others.
