Perfect Location
This rental was a perfect location! Walkable to Main Street shopping and dining and also nearby the ski lifts. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Rental!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The home was spotless and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful and clean. The garage is spacious by Breckenridge standards and easily handled our BMW SUV. The location is perfect and was less than a 5 min walk from downtown. We can't say enough about the entire staff at Summit Mountain Rentals. This is our third time to rent with them and they are wonderful. Check in/out was easy. They stayed in regular contact with us during our two week stay and they always responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.
Everything Was Wonderful
My entire family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Six adults fit more than comfortably. Each couple had their own bathroom and bedroom. Plus the living space provided enough room for all, the hot tub was perfect. All the beds, bathrooms, and showers were excellent. We even found the kitchen utensils to be extraordinary. They had everything. A very easy walk to town. Everything was very clean and we would stay here again. Also, Summit Rentals responded to all our questions quickly. Which we appreciated.
Great Stay In Breck
We really enjoyed our stay in one breck place 27. The location was perfect, with easy access to the base of 9 and also Main Street. The condo is very nice and well kept. We would definitely recommend this condo and would also stay there again.
