Unit Pet Policy

Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Wonderful Home

Perfect setup for a family group. Lot's of small items included that made it an easy rental- lap blanket on the sofa, salt and pepper in the cupboard, that kind of thing. Near a lovely walking path and easy access to free bus route. I've already recommended it to a couple of friends.

Awesome Stay In Breckenridge!!!

LOVED our stay at Vista Point Lookout in Breckenridge!!! Excellent location- so close to downtown, hiking trails and playgrounds. Home was great!! Very quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the three different hang out areas in the home. Appreciated the extra towels/ linens and toiletries in the bathrooms/bedrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The Summit Mountain customer service team were super helpful before and during our stay. We have told friends and family about how wonderful our stay at Vista Point Lookout was.

Book Here Now- You Won'T Regret It!

Not sure if you can find a better property than this in all of Breckenridge. BEAUTIFUL view, great house, super responsive and friendly host, and nearly perfect location. I would share some negatives, but I cannot think of any. If you're considering Breck- look no further!

Great Stay

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Our only complaint is a lack of hot water. There was not enough to fill the master bath even halfway, when no one else had showered. But that said, we would stay here again.
