We’ve stayed at this location before and there’s none better! You can open the windows and let the sound of the mountain stream lull you to sleep-so peaceful! Pool table is a fun activity for our family, location is perfect walking distance to downtown, trails, the gondola - everything. The unit has plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids and always clean upon arrival! Great management company to help us find additional parking nearby. Thx for another wonderful Breck experience!!

This is the second time that I stayed at the Blue Moose. It has been with another family. The size of the condo is huge. It has a pool table and a large kitchen. The best part is that you are able to ski 4 o'clock to the parking lot, and you are steps away from the shuttle. You are also a block from Main Street. The space is a bit dated. It could definitely use some sprucing up, but it is really user-friendly and comfortable. I did contact Summit County Rentals regarding a few things that needed to be looked at, and they were receptive. @e will definitely stay there again!

Had a great stay at this rental. Close to everything - bus in front of the condo, ski out, walk to town. Tons of living space. Well stocked with the necessities. Alll in all, super highly recommended. A little on the older side but very comfortable

Very easy to get to. You can literally ski to the elevators. Never staying anywhere else in Breck

Condo was very spacious and perfect for a large family stay. Multiple “living areas” , large well stocked kitchen, pool table, sauna and 3 nice sized bedrooms with a great loft area that included 3 additional beds. Private washer / dryer was great. Location was a plus - short walk to Main Street and the gondola. Bus stop right in front of condo was very convenient for getting around Breck. We also loved being able to ski right back to condo via 4’oclock trail at the end of day / lunch. The property management group (Summit Mountain Realty) was great and very proactive in reaching out to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Great location and very well appointed. Clean and spacious. The loft is great for kids but the stairs are a bit treacherous for adults. We would definitely stay here again.There are 2 bathrooms, which can be tricky for a condo that sleeps 10. Our only wish was that the 2nd bathroom was in better shape. There is a hole in the door and many cracks and chips in the floor tiles, bathtub and counter. 2nd bathroom is very snug. All in all, we were very happy here. The management company was easy and responsive, check in was simple.
