Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Got a message on day of arrival as soon as house was rdy for us, had so much space for kids to stretch out and play. Hot tub was amazing and two living areas was fantastic for our crew. The best part for me was the constant easy text communication with rental property, they answered so many questions about the house or the town and always within minutes. Everything was clean and as described. Have 0 complaints and looking to come back next year

What an incredible find. Our family of 5 loved everything about this rental. Walking distance to the Nordic Center, the trolley stop, and Peak 8. Really conveniently located to downtown as well. This felt like a home. The extra blankets and family games made for a cozy evening with the kids. The appliances were new and worked great. Bedrooms were wonderful, great size and comfort. Bathrooms were newly appointed. Hosts were very communicative throughout the stay.

We rented the property for a week with our adult children since we needed room to spread out. It fit the bill nicely! Beautifully updated with that mountain vibe, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds made our stay feel like a home away from home. The location is very close to a free local bus line as well as some trails near cucumber gulch. The town's grocery store was super easy to get to for those nights we wanted to cook and of course you're very close to everything in town as well. We ran out of propane for the grill and the rental company had a replacement installed in a jif! We've rented from Summit Mountain Rentals several times before and every time it has been exceptional. We will be return customers!

The bed in Guess Room was totally warn out. Terrible sleeping for two adults.
The carpet, especially downstairs was very dirty. It needs replaced. Bedroom and some other rooms had furniture that was broken. Bedroom drawers would fall out if opened too far.
Kitchen silverware was limited and pots, lids etc. also limited. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were dirty in many cases. Amenities were cheap products. Bathrooms were clean.
