mountain lodge at snowshoe

Loved this house. Perfect for our group. Lot's of space (2) living areas. Kitchen had everything you need including spices. Deck was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets. Hot tub was really large and maintained well. Lot's of games to play. The house was well appointed. LOVED IT. Only draw back is the unpaved road. Must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in snow or rain conditions. Great hikes right out your door as well. Summit Mountain rentals is an excellent rental agency.

Everything was great overall...there were a few issues that management resolved.
Broken garage door, clogged shower drain in basement bath, no heat first day...
All things were taken care of.

The property and amenities were as advertised and in some cases above our expectations (quality of kitchen equipment and bedding). Summit Mtn Rental staff were very prompt and professional with their communications. Easy drive to town/gondolas. They say you need a 4 wheel drive vehicle, its true. We were lucky to have awesome weather so the drive to the house was not challenging but in snow/ice it could be (reason for a 4 in location). We would gladly rebook this location the next time at Breck!!

Had a great stay, good for a large family or group of friends. Upstairs main king bedroom had a large closet for our toddler (has a pack n play in unit despite the rental company telling me otherwise), next to a queen bedroom, and basement level had bunk beds in each room. Beds were comfortable, somewhat firm, everything very clean, easy driving access to Breckenridge & the ski resort. Good communication with rental company.

What a beautiful house! We had an amazing time, loved the kitchen and hot tub. The amount of space is remarkable!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the snowshoe Mountain Lodge. Although there were minor issues, the management company quickly took care of any issues we had and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation.
