Les Bon Temps was a very well equipped property. The kitchen amenities (pots, pans, bowls, appliances etc) met all of our needs. The property was spotless and the beds were all very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property

This accommodation was perfect for our group of 5. Everyone had their own space and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The property was immaculately clean, had everything we needed. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Easy walk to town. Communication from Summit Rentals was excellent. Every email sent was answered quickly and when we thought we wouldn't be able to leave due to road closures from overnight snow, we enquired about an extended stay and Rose was so quick to respond and offer us an extension if needed. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for making our week in Breck a great one.

Perfect three story townhome with a fantastic location. Not a ski in/ski out but free bus is two blocks away and it’s a 5 minute ride to peak 7 or peak 8. Also only a four block walk to Main Street where you can shop, dine or have drinks! Thanks so much for opening your lovely home to us! We’d love to come back and stay again. Management company was also very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay!

This is our second year staying at this beautiful townhome that is just a short walk to main street. We love the spacious unit, which is also extremely clean. The 4o clock run allows you to ski in and out or even walk a few minutes to the gondola.

Would highly recommend this property. It was truly a ski in and ski out as well as located steps from the bus station and easy access to downtown. 3 couple stayed and we each had our own separate sleeping space and bathrooms along with the common space and hot tub. We would love to return one day. Also easy check out guidelines.

111 Les Bon Temps Chateau is a beautiful townhome that is extremely convenient to both the mountain slopes and downtown. The home feels like it is generally used by the owners and not part of a worn-out rental property facility. Our group of four guys all enjoyed the home. It is well appointed, and very comfortable. The hot tub is a welcome amenity after a long day of skiing. The ability to ski back to the home utilizing the 4:00 Run is great. It is extremely easy to get to the base of peak 7, 8, or 9 using the free Breck bus service. And maybe the best feature is the ability to easily walk into downtown for morning coffee, dinner, après, shopping, etc. I highly recommend this rental and looking forward to working with Summit Mountain Rentals in the future.
