Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Amazing Place To Stay In Breckenridge!

We liked this place so much last year we decided to come back for an even longer stay this Spring! Fantastic home base while enjoying all the Breckenridge area has to offer. This place has it all! The views are spectacular. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day of skiing. Roomy, comfortable living room. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Dog friendly. And great location..Too much to list! We will be back:)

Summit County Rental Experience

Sara from Summit County rental was great to work with, she listened to my needs, asked questions and found the perfect spot for my family. She also shared discounts for rentals equipment needed for the trip. Rose from Summit Rentals was prompt to answer questions we had during our stay. The location of the rental along with little touches in the home made us wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

Convenient Location With Great Views!

Townhome A was extremely spacious and comfortable. In close proximity to the many restaurants and retail stores on the beautiful Main Street.the home was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Location

Loved the location. The layout and furnishings of the townhouse are beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking. Sitting in the hot tub looking across Main Street at the mountains was fabulous. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Night club next door was loud, so as a light sleeper I wish I had brought ear plugs.
