We had a great spring ski trip in the the Breckenridge Peak 9 Village. The condo was in great shape, the lift is a 2 minute walk away, and walking about 2 minutes in the opposite direction puts you right on Main Street with all the shops and restaurants Breckenridge is known for.
The location couldn't be better if you want easy access to everything (slopes and shops). The check in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Within walking distance to the slopes and to Main Street. Great views. Clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked.

We love using Summit Mountain Rentals! This is the 3rd time I have booked through them. The places we rent are always spot on with the pictures, they are super responsive and always clean! This condo was great for 5 of us. Beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Toiletries to spices. Make sure you check it all out before you hit the grocery! The view is great on both of the balconies and you cannot get a better location! You can walk to everything in town and if you can’t, hop on the bus or trolley. By far the best rental agency we have used! Thank you Summit Mountain!

Great! perfect location! When renting thru Summit you have to go to their office if you need anything. We had to go get lots of keys because they would sometimes not work. Was short on bath towels as well.
