My friends and I had a wonderful experience at this gorgeous home on our snowboarding trip for my 40th birthday. The house was plenty big, beautiful, clean, and the host had great communication. I would love to stay here again.

Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Peaceful Stay In Woods, Surrounded By Wildlife
Quiet house a couple of miles outside Breckenridge, at 10,200 feet. Staying in August, we saw a bear, moose, fox, deer, and porcupine all from the house. It was spacious and comfortable for our party of 6 adults, with a well-equipped kitchen.
Great House And Location
We loved this house so much- it was just me and my husband but we enjoyed all the extra space. The backyard / side area is AMAZING. We loved the location only 7 minutes to downtown Breck. The kitchen was stocking VERY well. We hope to make it back in the winter for some snow fun!
Away From The Crowds
We enjoyed our stay but not sure if we would book it again. The house is in a neighborhood in Blue River. The location is beautiful and the house is very nice and in a private setting.
Pros:
Very spacious main level.
All 3 bedrooms were large and spacious. (Note that the bedroom with twins is a regular twin better suited for kids rather than anyone taller than 5’10 as your feet will dangle off)
The loft actually has a small bedroom with two twins and another twin outside the room.
Located 5 mins outside of Breckenridge.
Kitchen had everything we needed and then some.
Gas grill in the back
Lots out outdoor seating and tons of beautiful wildflowers
Cons:
The outdoor area was very overgrown to the point where I cut some of the grass with scissors so we could use the outdoor space.
The main level of the house is very dark even though the pictures look bright. It could really use some windows in the family room area.
Master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. The mattress is hard and uneven.
The overall house is very nice and spacious. It’s just needs a little TLC.
