village point 106 getaway townhome

Our family had a great stay. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. We prearranged a crib, highchair and some toys and sleds for the kids and all were in the unit when we arrived. The location was perfect, an easy 10 minute walk to the slopes and about that to get into town. We had 2 minor things arise and property management quickly responded and resolved them. While not impacting our stay, some suggested improvements are to replace the mattress in the primary upstairs bedroom (it was seriously way too soft), replace the frying pans, and get a new set of matching drinking and wine glasses. For the price during ski season these are some of our expectations. Otherwise we recommend and would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and spacious for a large group. The hot tub was great and the walk into town is very easy and convenient.

I recently stayed at this property with a group of four, and our experience was excellent. Each of us had our own bedroom, and with three bathrooms—including a recently remodeled master suite bathroom—there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and thoughtfully stocked with a great variety of dishes and equipment, which made meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Both balconies were well maintained and perfect spots to relax. The entire space was immaculately clean. The location is another major highlight: it’s just a short walk to the town center and very convenient for heading to the lifts. Overall, this property is a fantastic choice for families or groups looking for comfort, cleanliness, and easy access to local attractions.

The place was very nice...clean and well-kept. Lots of room for a family. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items/pans/pot/etc. We were able to take a short walk to downtown Breckenridge.
