Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Beautiful House In A Beautiful Location

Excellent house in a great location just outside of Breckenridge. Beautiful timber beam construction with 3 levels. Very clean/well maintained. Master bath shower water pressure very low and hard to control water temperature. TV required a subscription to Peacock in order to watch live broadcasts which was very frustrating as could not watch Super Bowl nor Olympics.

Fantastic House For Fall Break

We loved the house. Close enough to Breck that we were able to pick up meals and coffee with just a short drive. But far enough away to enjoy seclusion and get away from crowds. We were able to cook several meals at the house and very much enjoyed the main living area (fireplace, couches, etc.).

Beautiful Home!!!

Love the layout of the house with bedrooms in separate "wings". A king sized bed would be a plus for the main floor bedroom. Internet connection is sketchy but understandable in the mountains. Will definitely stay here again!!!
