Breckinridge 2026
We traveled to Breckenridge for the 2nd time with our adult children. This was a great location and had all the amenities needed for a cold winter stay! The location is great. We would definitely book the VRBO again.

Ski Trip
We had the most amazing trip! The owners were very responsive. The house had so many beautiful touches and was spotless. The location couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed sitting by the warm fireplace and the hot tub.
Home Away From Home
It was perfect for our family of four! The neighbors were very friendly. The townhouse was very clean. We really loved the location, close to town but not too close. Definitely would rent again.
Great Stay!
Loved this property! Location was great for walking to town and the gondola (used the tunnel behind Mountain Thunder). Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the private hot tub, however written instructions would be helpful. The view is beautiful, however, a major construction project underway about 50 yards to the north caused a significant interruption in our relaxation on the front deck. (loud noise, diesel fuel smell, etc.) That project is going to be going on for awhile! Some of the window shades didn't work well, obstructing the views and/or air flow on open windows. (Note: for the shades on the front deck door/windows, look for the control on the wall to the right of the fireplace. It's unmarked.) This is our third year staying with Summit Mountain Rentals. They can't fix a construction project, but they're very responsive with everything else! They supplied a generous amount of paper towels, dish soap, tissues, toiletries, and laundry detergent. We also appreciated the non-perishable kitchen items left by other guests, such as spices, foil, and plastic wrap. We'd love to stay here again, hopefully after the construction project is complete. Note, there were 4 chairs on the front deck (photos show 2) and 4 chairs on the back deck (not shown) available for our use.

The townhome was spacious, clean and very close to the gondola.
Busy Week In The Beautiful Mountains!
Mountain place was beautiful and in the perfect location! Set just a short walk from the gondola and town set the perfect place for our family while skiing in Breckenridge. Highly recommend this spot!
