Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Great Location!
Great location right on Main Street. We walked to shopping and dining. House was comfortable with a great kitchen. Hot tub was perfect. Everyone had a blast.

A Great Break In Breck
We had an amazing time in Breckinridge and loved the location of our rental. Convenient, cozy and safe!!! The hot tub was a lovely way to end the day.

Spectacular Home, Perfect Location
This well appointed and conveniently located home made for a perfect Breckenridge family vacation. Easy 5 minute walk to the gondola and right off main street for restaurants shops and cafes. The kids loved the hot tub, and we loved the high ceilings and views of the mountain from the master which takes up the whole top floor.
