All in all this vacation was an amazing experience. A group of 9. We had had ample space to accommodate everyone.

The house is very spacious and can accommodate multiple families. You definitely need a 4wd drive to navigate in the winter months.

The first rental we had got canceled on us but this company reached out to us and helped us find a new place that was better than the first pick. We absolutely loved the house and look forward to coming up to stay again!

We had a very nice stay at the Blue River Pines home. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Plenty of inside entertainment if you needed it (TVs, Mrs. Pac Man arcade game, board games). Plenty of room to spread out if needed too. Close to downtown Breckenridge, it was only a few minutes' drive. Summit was very communicative during our visit, checking in on us several times via text. We had no issues with the home or the stay overall and would rent from Summit Mountain again.

We took a multi family getaway and needed a rental big enough for 12 persons, this house was perfect! The location was breathtaking and the house had enough beds for all of us, we even had beds that we didn’t have to sleep on. The bottom floor was perfect for my family of 6, we could hang down there if we needed some peace and quiet. The hot tub was a bonus and they had some equipment to play outside in the snow. The kitchen and grill were perfect for making home cooked meals and we managed to have multiple people cooking at the same time. The deck was the perfect place to sit while having our morning coffee or in the evening to watch the sun set and the kids play. It was stocked up with basic necessities both in the bathroom and kitchen. Will definitely consider for our next trip!

Nice little cabin. A bit on the older side, but the views are great, and I actually like that they've put a lot of beds just everywhere - lots of room to sleep. Well maintained, the thermostats were a bit tricky for us to get just right. There are a few little things here and there that the cabin needs maintenance-wise, but nothing that interfered with our stay. We enjoyed the clean, big hot tub, we loved sitting on the deck at night and talking. Since the house is a bit older footsteps and voices carry very well so you may want to bring a white noise machine or two for sleeping. It's about 10 minutes South of Breckenridge so far enough out to feel like you're really secluded (there are plenty of neighbors so don't expect to be TOTALLY isolated) but you're close enough to town that it's really easy to jaunt over for skiing, hiking, restaurants, etc. The kitchen was very well appointed but there are so many good restaurants in Breck that if we did this trip again we would just plan on breakfast at the cabin only and we would eat lunches and dinners out. That's what we ended up doing anyway so we trucked a lot of food back home. We would definitely stay here again!
