Repeat Visitor
Great spot to stay. Best location in town. Great amenities with the gym and pool. Rooms are nice, but could use a refresh. Unfortunately the TV decided to give up on us during our visit, but the management company quickly provided a new one. We have stayed in this same condo many times and will be back.
Excellent Stay.
We spent a long weekend with friends and found the property to be as described in the listing. It was clean, well appointed, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for easy access to all Breckenridge has to offer. We'd definitely stay again at this property. The highlight of selecting this unit was the service provided by Sarah of Summit Mountain Rentals. From the initial reservation process to the couple of phone calls I made leading up to our stay and finally the face to face interaction with Sarah and the staff was outstanding. Thank you Sarah and Summit Mountain Rentals.
Spring Skiing
We have stayed in the village many times. We booked this rental because of location, size and price. We had a great stay. It was as advertised. Lots of room and comfortable. It is dated but everything was fine for our purposes. It does have a great balcony that overlooks town. The complex has also totally renovated its exercise room, pool and hot tubs. We had a nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
The process to check-in and access the unit was the quickest I have ever experienced. Also, location cannot be better. We didn’t use our vehicle during our visit.
