This condo was exactly as described, excellent condition, clean, everything in working order. The parking spaces for 2 cars was huge, especially in Breck. Easy 5 min walk to a bus stop. 20 min walk into town. Great communication with Summit Mountain Rentals, easy to get a hold of them if you need anything before or during your stay.
Only note of caution, like many other reviews have stated, there are no bathrooms on the main floor, so you'll have to go up the down/up the stairs for that. Didn't bother us, but could be an issue for some folks.

we had a great time staying here. You can walk to peak 9 and easily access other lifts. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great trip. Fire place was a nice perk.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Los Pinos in Breckenridge, and it was an absolute delight! The rental's charming wooden mountain exterior immediately caught our eye, and stepping inside, we were welcomed by a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the Snowflake Lift and conveniently close to bus stops, making our adventures towards the mountain a breeze.

The well-maintained and clean interior offered all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen that made meal preparations enjoyable. One of our favorite spots was the lovely balcony, with beautiful mountain views. Property Management responded to our question immediately.

All in all, our stay at Los Pinos was fantastic, and we can't wait to return. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home away from home!

Rental was a nice find. Check in was a little brother some because you had to go to the office to sign papers. Haven’t had to do that in several years. Staff was off the chart helpful, attentive and available. I’d definitely consider Summit again.

Very nice place to stay. Right off the free bus route and short walking distance to shopping and restaurants downtown. The rental was clean and very comfortable for our group of 7. We definitely will stay here again if the chance arrives. Make sure to get the information about the swimming pool renters have access to.
