This is a well appointed condo, conveniently located to the gondola and bus stops. Fireplace worked well, convenient and easy parking, easy check-in, beds were comfortable and washer and dryer worked well. There is a ground floor ski closet, which is very convenient.
There are two short flights of stairs to access the condo.
Five minute five minute walk from the condo to the downtown shopping and restaurant area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
The only disappointment was that the hot tub closed at eight.

Excellent communication with the property managers before and during the trip. Conveniently located next to the Snowflake lift. Easy access to get into town. Clean place that matched that pictures.

Excellent location! Walk to everything. Parking was not a problem. Beds were comfortable and condo was roomy! Would definitely stay again.

This is my second time renting a place With Summit Mountain Rentals and it was perfect like the first time.The communication, payment and requests are super easy, and during my stay, any issue the solution was a text message away (just to explain: there was no issue. The hair dryer was missing and they provided one the next day). In Breck there is no need to AirBNB or Orbitz. Go straight to Summit Mountain Rentals.
The property was clean, well equipped, the hot tub was a short distance from the door, it's close to Main Street, the ski bus is steps away (you can go to Beaver run or gondola) and if you want you can walk to snowflake lift.
Also, if Lower and Lowest 4 O'clock are open you can ski or snowboard back home.

Great location for the lifts and to town. 5 minutes walk to each.
