Great location just outside of town but close to all local amenities.

Great Cabin For A Family
Great experience staying in this property. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children, and this was the perfect property to stay for us. Everything was clean, organized and as described. I would definitely stay here again.

Summit Mountain Rentas customer service was extraordinary. House was ok
Good Location
Home was nice . Only had 6 bath towels in the home for 5 adults for 5 days. No starter kit as mentioned. Could even find salt or pepper. Called about the towels and said they were busy, but I could come by the office and get more. Not the response I was looking for since we paid a lot to stay here. No television on the Living room wall or any mirrors in 3 bedrooms to get ready.
Terrific Stay In Blue River
We rented this location for a week during the summer and had an outstanding experience.
Pros:
Great space and location just outside of Breck, easy access to tons of hiking & day trips. Right next to the river with that soothing sound of flowing water from the nice deck. The interior of the house was very good; the kitchen, dining room, laundry, and fireplace were all practical and well laid out. We didn't use the TV, ect, but it was situated upstairs and not in the main living room.
Cons:
Not much, really. We had a small maintenance issue (stuff happens) upon arriving, and the property managers attended to it quickly and professionally. Perhaps the kitchen could be inventoried for pots, pans, utensils, etc, as a larger group might notice more. FYI, I was wary of the main valley road appearing adjacent to the property, but the minor traffic sounds or lights were not a problem for us, as the river sounds were prominent.
We travel & rent places a lot, and this was a very enjoyable stay.
