Pleasant Stay
Our only snag was the pipe froze in one bathroom rendering it useable for 2 days. This was our 2nd time renting this unit and the same thing happened last year.

Great Family Ski Condo
Great location! Well equipped! Close to everything! We rented this condo for our family of fives New Years ski vacation. Would highly recommend for a similar sized family. Not having to navigate many stairs in ski boots is a huge plus. There are two very convenient free ride bus stops within a few steps of the door to get you to the Snowflake lift, Beaver Run, or the Village.
Excellent Place, Excellent Location
This condo was perfect for our family of five. The condo was well maintained, clean and cozy. Kitchen had all essentials. The steam shower in the primary was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Short distance walk to downtown Breckenridge. Property management company was great checking in on us to make sure our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend to others.
Breckenridge 2025 Visit
We continue to stay at the Park Place condos because of the value for the price. Located within easy walking distance from the center of town makes it an ideal location.
Great Stay
We had a great stay here for spring skiing! It was such a convenient location for the town and for the slopes. It was very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The rooms were well planned out to maximize all the space. Would definitely recommend this condo! It was very clean, updated and the management company was very responsive. Also the hot tubs were very close and even had heated floors around them! Amazing!
Comfortable And Convenient Place To Stay
Park Place was a great place to stay for our ski vacation. The condo had plenty of room for my family (husband, two kids, and a niece that stayed with us 2 nights), and we liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We enjoyed movies on the comfy living room couches each night after skiing. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to enjoy meals in the condo. Everything was clean, and plenty of towels and supplies were provided.
The location was very convenient for walking into town for dinner and shopping. It was also close to the Snowflake lift, but the uphill (although short) walk proved a big difficult for us in snow boots while carrying skis, so my husband drove us to the lift and then walked there on his own. The Quicksilver lift is also walkable - a little further but flat. Skiing home at the end of the day was easy - the condo is a short, flat walk back from the end of the 4'o clock run.
We enjoyed the hot tub on site, and the covered parking was great. This unit is the first one off the walkway from the parking lot (just up a few steps), so it was easy to unload our things.
Summit Mountain Rentals was a great host and very easy to communicate with via text. We will definitely use them again on our next visit.
