the fishermen's place

The house was located in Blue River. Very close to Breckinridge, Keystone and Dillon. It's a dirt road to the home. The home is walking distance to 2 very pleasant walking trails. I was pleasantly surprised on how many kitchen amenities were available, including a blender, crock pot and gas grill. There is also a fire pit on the back upper patio which was lovely. We saw an Elk and Moose near the home. Great and fast communication with the rental management company. Beds and pillows were comfy. Highly recommend! We will back again!

The ease of renting through Summit Rentals was seamless and stress-less. The Fishermen's Place was the perfect rental for myself, husband and our 2 dogs. It was just minutes from downtown Breckenridge but still allowed us to feel like we could relax in the mountains. Multiple hiking locations were very easy to get to from our rental location but also just sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening were perfection. The rental was very clean and tidy but also had a great homey feeling to it- felt like we could come back from a long hike and just relax.

The place was nice and clean. It is a good location to the mountain. I would recommend the place and stay again.

Place was clean and convenient with everything we needed for a 6 week stay. Perfect size for two people and while it will sleep 6-8 individuals it would be very awkward for two or three couples as there are no doors on two of the bedrooms. Summit Mountain was very responsive and we would gladly stay again.

This place is actually nicer than in the pictures. The management company was top notch - even guiding me to find the humidifier right in front of me. The front room has the killer view I love. The bedrooms are a little spartan, but that doesn't bother us and it's well documented in the pictures. We're there for the outdoors, and what a great deck!

Really enjoyable stay, appreciated the friendly service. Was a great location for our trip!
