Very clean new and well furnished condo with full kitchen. Great tub. Comfortable beds.

It's exactly what you would expect, this place is a great deal, the snowboard-in/out works amazing probably the best part. Very hot hot tub! You should give this place a try!

Due to unfortunate storm in Dallas, our flights were canceled and was unable to attend. Our grandson who lives in Colorado was able to take advantage of the rental in our absence. He stated everything was great perfect location!

Tyra Aspen is a great place to stay while in Breckenridge! Very good location. Especially to the ski lift, just steps from front door. Walking distance to town, and easy access to everything by car. Lift tickets and ski rentals right next to lift also. Parking lot is right at building front door so not much walking with luggage. Inside condo is spacious and perfect for our needs. Fits 4 people perfectly, 6 would be a little tight. 2 bedrooms, both are large. 2 bathrooms with tub/showers. Kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful view of ski slopes and mountain from living room windows. Vacation rental personnel stayed in touch and were available for anything we needed, though we didn’t need anything. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great location; about as ski in/out as you can get at this price point. Snowflake lift is an easy walk across the street and 4-O'clock run takes you right to the back of the condo. Unit was as described as had everything we needed, including some toys/games for the kids. Ski locker easy to access and parking just outside the door. Only thing to to be aware of is the unit is the closest to the outdoor hot tub. This good for braving the cold but each night there was a lot of chatter and loud music to deal with. The guests were respectful and quiet by a reasonable hour, but did make falling asleep a little tougher for the kids. On that note, hot tub is huge and hot and 2 additional indoor hot tubs. Final note about the slopes is getting back on 4-O'clock run can be tough for little or novice skiers/snowboarders as there are some flat parts which can make returning at the end of the day a little tough, but you can also finish at the bottom of Peak 8 and take easy shuttle back to Snowflake.

We loved the convenience of this comfortable stay. Our family of four traveled and had ample room. There were only a couple of negatives to our stay. The noise from the neighbors upstairs was one. We could hear every footfall. Also, the code to the ski storage locker did not work, and despite our request for one, the manager could not provide it. All in all, we loved the property and its convenience to the lift.
