Location! Right next to the gondola! And you can ski back to the condo! Very clean apartment! Management was great! Definitely will go back!

New Years Ski Trip
We had a great experience using Summit Mountain Rentals for their overall ease of booking and check in and communication throughout the trip. The unit itself was spacious enough for our family of 4 with two younger children. The location was fantastic and the ease of using both the on call shuttle and the town of Breck bus right at the complex as well was nice to have. The unit was well maintained and appointed nicely and the building itself was very nice with a super friendly and courteous front desk. On site amenities like the hot tub and common areas were a big hit with the kids and little things like a small place inside to get snacks like popcorn, ice cream, frozen pizzas, etc.. was just very convenient. Would def stay here again and always love using summit mountain rentals as they always provide great service.

Easy and convenient way to pick up the room keys even after office hours. Great location and clean apartment. Inside garage that was very convenient as well.
Great Condo Great Location
Can’t beat Breckenridge. Great rental great experience very helpful. The only thing I can really complain about is I could use a few more taller glasses and the showerhead might need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was fantastic. and that’s being nitpicky.

I have been coming to Breck for years and owned a house there for a while, but lately have been trying various rentals to be closer to the mountain. Mountain Thunder was perfect, the room was great, people at the front were very helpful every day! Great stay!
