river mountain lodge 309w iowa hill condo

We stayed a new unit for us and it was great. We like the River Mountain Lodge because of it's location and the former unit we had rented for years was not available. So we tried this one and it did not disappoint. The description of the unit was spot on. Summit Mountain Rentals is very easy to deal with and very responsive to questions or concerns, which is why we like to reserve through them. The only issue was the noise caused by construction traffic on North Park Road during the day. It was very intrusive, but that was just bad timing. Normal traffic was not. We were a little concerned about that is the other unit we rented multiple times was on the East side of the building facing the river. Great trip and we will be back.

We chose this location because it is close to everything we did. It is perfect size. The murphy bed was comfortable and allowed us space without being on top of each other.

Great Location, Walk to Down Town

Every time we visit Breckenridge we stay at this super cozy condo. It is always very clean, inviting, great location & the staff is very friendly. Will continue to stay here

Property is in very good condition in excellent location right in Breckenridge, close to food and shopping. Very clean and all amenities including washer/dryer, towels, soap etc worked well.
