It's a perfect location for a vacation on the slopes. 5 min walk to the lift, short walk to Main St; restaurants, shopping, etc. Clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the hot water in a guest room, but it was quickly fixed (within 24 hrs). The kitchen had everything we needed and more. As we plan our next trip to Breckenridge, this will be our first choice (if available) and we look forward to our future stays.

We had a wonderful. It was the first time my 3 grandchildren had seen the mountains and it was wonderful. We all enjoyed the deck looking over the river. A great place to sit and read a book.

The unit was very nice and so well suppled with everything you could ask for.

I would definitely recommend it. The only suggestion I have is a better mattress in the loft.

We had an amazing time! The unit is perfect for a family, close to town but amazing views so it feels isolated. I will rent this unit again because it was perfect!

We certainly enjoyed our stay in this particular condo because it was super nice and clean. We especially liked opening the door and viewing the Blue River. Hiking was right behind us and it was close to downtown. I would recommend this to anyone and certainly would stay here again.

This condo was cozy and close to skiing and town.
