Our Favorite Stay Yet In Breck!

We had the best summer stay in this beautiful home! The location is perfect for hiking & a short walk to town. We loved having access to the community pool/jacuzzi. The house is super comfortable, well stocked. We loved the river view! Everyone at summit mountain rental was wonderful to work with! I highly recommend booking with them.

Beautiful, Cozy Place!

We loved the open space and layout of the condo. It was full of light and placed PERFECTLY by the blue river! What a treat that was!

Everything was clean, we had all we needed, the hosts were responsive, clear, kind, helpful, and so much more.

Excellent For Family Vacation

It's a perfect location for a vacation on the slopes. 5 min walk to the lift, short walk to Main St; restaurants, shopping, etc. Clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the hot water in a guest room, but it was quickly fixed (within 24 hrs). The kitchen had everything we needed and more. As we plan our next trip to Breckenridge, this will be our first choice (if available) and we look forward to our future stays.

Wonderful October

We had a wonderful. It was the first time my 3 grandchildren had seen the mountains and it was wonderful. We all enjoyed the deck looking over the river. A great place to sit and read a book.

The unit was very nice and so well suppled with everything you could ask for.

I would definitely recommend it. The only suggestion I have is a better mattress in the loft.
