pine ridge 11a incline condo

I intend to make this a five-star recommendation. I was not able to finish my stay this year, for external reasons well beyond Summit Mountain Rental's ability to fix, but they did help me deal with the reasons and make sure they would impact me as little as possible. Lest that sound ominous, I will add that I have been using SMR for years as my go-to rental agent when staying in Breckenridge, which I do every summer, and I plan to continue to do so. Before my first SMR stay some years ago, I had used other rental agencies for my Breck stays, and can testify that SMR is top of the heap.

This condo was a perfect snowy escape from the Florida heat for our family of 5. Loved the proximity to the town, slopes and hot tubs! Would come back again!

Great location, short walk to town and free bus to ski area right outside. Unit was clean and as advertised.

The condo is great. Spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Everything feels new, super clean and well-maintained. The location is close to bus ride to Gondola or to peak 9. A walking distance to Snowflake lift, short walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. After a day snowboarding we enjoyed the hot tub located just next to the building. Also, the communication with the Summit Mountain Rentals' team is flawless. They offer a great support. I highly recommend this condo and Summit Mountain Rentals. This is my 6th year renting with Summit Mountain Rentals and every time I have a great experience.

For a family of four looking to ski, this was a great condo. Had everything we needed and was close to the bus to get a ride up to the mountain and ski down close to the unit. Main street is so close to walk to and eat or shop. Hot tub was perfect after some hard days of skiing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends! The staff for the property were incredibly friendly and informative.
