Great Location, Clean & Comfy
Great condo for a family. Having 2 1/2 baths was great with 3 older kids. The couch was wonderful. We went summer time and walked to town for all meals & most activities. Great location to get to town. The complex pool & hot tubs were also nice (the individual hot tub was not open).
Great Place To Stay!
The Sundowner II was a wonderful house with all the amenities you’ll need. It was a great location just off the main strip and a few blocks from the Gondola. I’d love to travel back here again soon.
Clean, Cozy, And Close To Everything!
The Sundowner II Treeline Condo was the perfect home base for our week-long summer vacation in Breckenridge! Super clean, quiet (end-unit), and cozy — with everything we needed. The in-unit laundry was a major plus, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfy. Covered parking was helpful and we loved the easy access to town — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and fun. There’s even a nearby trail that leads to a fishable reservoir. Access to the pool was a bonus for my family. This place was the total package and made our trip effortless. Don’t think twice — book it!

A wonderful time in a location near the snowflake lift. It’s a block and a half from the condo to the lift (only downside to this it’s that an uphill walk). The condo was in great condition, clean and very well maintained.
Overall we had a great stay and the property managers where on top of all our needs.

Fantastic Location— Close To Town And Slopes
Very clean and kitchen was well appointed. Walkable to both restaurants/shops in town and ski lift. Management was very responsive with few questions we had.
