Great Condo In Breck
Great condo, very spacious. Easily accomodated 5 adults + 1 baby.
It is important to point out this is not ski in/ski out location. To "ski in" you come down 4 o'clock run and get off by Snowflake lift, then it's aobut 2.5 blocks walking to the condo. This is easy as it is downhill. To "ski out" it is the same walk to Snowflake but this is up hill. Just thought I needed to point this out as I looked for it on other reviews before booking and could not find anything.
Otherwise, everythign else was great.

Cozy, Spacious, And Perfect Location!
The property was ideal for our family of 5! It offered spacious and comfortable living areas downstairs. We appreciated the 2.5 bathrooms (1 full attached to each upstairs bedroom, plus a downstairs half bath). The property was clean, well-stocked with blankets, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and a washer/dryer was available. The hot tub on the property, and the garage parking was a quick walk away.
With warmer-than-normal Breckenridge temperatures, cooling the unit was tricky at times; we opened windows/doors in the mornings and evenings and used a provided plug-in fan to help with this. We also noted only 2 of the 4 provided humidifiers were functional.
Overall, we were very pleased! The location is excellent, with a close walk to both the Snowflake lift and Main Street. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others!

Breckenridge Summer Vacation
The condo was spacious, with seating for guests. We enjoyed the family atmosphere at the common swimming pool. The property manager was responsive and cheerful. Breckenridge town activities were a short walk away. We would be love to return in the future.
Very Convenient Location
This place was very convenient to the Snowflake chair lift, and was easy to walk to the bus stop for the gondola lift. We flhad a rental car and only used it one day when we decided to go to Vail. Everything else was in walking distance, ski resort, downtown, and you had the busses for everything else. The place was very comfortable and had everything you needed to be comfortable. We mainly cooked in every night and the kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. Parking in the garage was great so we did not have to worry about cleaning off the vehicle when it snowed. The staff was very good at communicating with me before, during, and after the stay. Definitely would highly recommend.
