Will Look For This Unit Again

We enjoyed our stay here. We had trouble with our door code twice and that was quickly resolved via text with rental co.
The ski-in/out details were ok...the out part is easier than the in as coming back to the unit requires some longer access trails which may or may not be maintained & hard to navigate if the snow has melted at all. The ski out part is okay, but it’s a smaller slower lift - however it does get you to the main part of mountain and good location for green slopes.
Parking is super easy and covered. Ski rental is very near. Stop on Yellow bus line is basically out the front door and very convenient.
We did not use the hot tub, but our unit had a jetted tub and SUPER hot water! One downside, the bedroom gets really warm at night, but there is a ceiling fan and box fans in the unit.

Great Location & It'S Possible To Ski In And Ski Out

You can walk out 20 steps out the back door and be at the Snowflake lift, and take 4 O'Clock to the Snowflake lift exit and you are across the street from the Riverbend Lodge. This condo is great for 2 or 3 people but it's too small for 4 adults. The pull out sofa is okay for one adult/teen but not two; it would sleep two smaller children. The kitchen is small but functional with enough pot/pans/utensils to cook meals. The bathroom is roomy with two sinks, jacuzzi tub (I didn't use) and a separate shower. The ski locker is convenient to access and the heated parking garage is wonderful!

Very Comfortable Place For Relaxing Vacation

We recently stayed at Riverbend 110 Condo. This was perfect for my husband and me. Everything in this condo was as advertised and they included all supplies for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was separate from the living room so I would call this one bedroom instead of a studio apartment which is a plus.
If you plan to use a laundry that is located on the same floor I suggest you bring lots of quarters with you. One wash is $2.00 and dryer is $1.50. I had to go around the city to look for quarters which was inconvenient as they should have the machine in the laundry. (This, however, has nothing to do with the rental company as that is managed by the building)
Upon checking in I received a text asking if there are any issues that they may improve which was nice. I suggested they replace the pillows since they are too thin from the use. Also, the condo is very warm regardless of the temperature setting, especially at night. Hope there is a way that they can change that.
If you plan to ski, the lift is right next to the building. I suggest you use Lower 4 a clock trail to get back to the condo instead of a snowflake trail since it is much slower.
This building has a heated garage and a few doors down from the unit they have a spa room and a small fitness center. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Wonderful Stay In Breckenridge

My two tweens and I spent the week at this Riverbend Condo over the Christmas break and enjoyed the experience. The Condo has been maintained very well and makes use of the available space quite well. Its very well appointed and we had no problems cooking up complete meals in the wonderful kitchen. WiFi is solid and the included Roku TV with ability to stream all your own content ( Netflix / Hulu etc ) was great. Communication / instructions were fantastic. The snowflake lift is literally steps out of the side entrance and there's an easy path from the heated indoor garage to the lift exit in case you dont want to store your gear in the included lockers. The condo is 2 doors away from the Spa / Jacuzzi / Steam room which was again fantastic after a long day on the slopes. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return again.
