Only roughly a dozen or so of Summit Mountain Rentals properties are pet friendly, all others are not. In general, we never allow more than 2 dogs in a property and there are additional fees. Some only allow 1 of a specific weight due to HOA rules.

Good Quiet Unit With Perfect Location
We love staying here. The location just off of main street on the alley is perfect. It's quiet, but still very close to everything. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a great stay.
Cute And Quite
It was so cute and comfortable and quiet. To make sure to read the fine print, which I still haven’t seen, but the top bunk area is not available and as close to the renters. Which was the whole reason why we booked it for our daughter. However, we made it work and it was really cute and had everything that we needed.
Great Place To Enjoy Breck
Excellent flat for a couple to enjoy the whole of Breck. Five minute walk to the best place for breakfast, Daylight Donuts! Great, comfortable bed. Amazing location to the Connect Gandola. Walking distance to any place in downtown Breck. I would stay here again.
Cozy, Charming, Close To Everything!
Brittany Place is located perfectly to walk to the Gondola or to eat, drink and shop on Main Street. I felt safe and cozy as a single woman in the upstairs unit. I highly recommend!
