Condo is conveniently located between Main Street and snowflake chair lift. It was clean, lots of kitchen cookware to create meals. Playing cards were a nice touch for a family game night. Beds were very comfortable and great to fall into after day of skiing! In unit washer/dryer was a huge plus! Would recommend to friends and family for future visit.

We loved our summit mountain rental, not far from town and easy to get in and out of!

As soon as we heard the slopes were opening early this year, we decided to book our trip to Breckenridge. Sundowner T9 was conveniently priced and located, so we booked it - what a great choice! It’s very spacious, yet cozy. The condo has indoor and outdoor jacuzzis which we used almost after every day after riding. The people at the Summit Mountain Rentals’ office were extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely book with them again!

This condo was in a perfect location to town and the slopes. You are about 1 1/2 blocks to the Snowflake lift, across the street from a free shuttle bus stop, and about 1 1/2 blocks to Main Street Breckenridge. The unit was clean and as described. The owner was in constant communication and even checked-in to make sure everything was to our liking. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Great location - make sure to get off of the 4o'clock run before the Pine Ridge exit or you'll have to walk uphill, but we figured that out after the first day. We didn't use the hot tubs because it was so cold and we were too big of babies to do the walk haha. Amenities were great and a wonderfully stocked kitchen which was super convenient and nice and parking was great. Staff was great on checking in and very responsive - we accidently left a duffle bag with some significant items and it was found and they are shipping it back. Will definitely stay again!
