Great location and very responsive management company. The unit was clean and well cared for. The furnishings are a bit dated as you can see in the photos, but I'd rent it again.

Great Experience
The property was perfect for our stay in Breckenridge. The location was ideal for walking downtown and taking in the sites.
Clean, Well Stocked, And Comfortable Beds
Condo is conveniently located between Main Street and snowflake chair lift. It was clean, lots of kitchen cookware to create meals. Playing cards were a nice touch for a family game night. Beds were very comfortable and great to fall into after day of skiing! In unit washer/dryer was a huge plus! Would recommend to friends and family for future visit.
Amazing Stay
We loved our summit mountain rental, not far from town and easy to get in and out of!
Amazing Vacation
As soon as we heard the slopes were opening early this year, we decided to book our trip to Breckenridge. Sundowner T9 was conveniently priced and located, so we booked it - what a great choice! It’s very spacious, yet cozy. The condo has indoor and outdoor jacuzzis which we used almost after every day after riding. The people at the Summit Mountain Rentals’ office were extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely book with them again!
