This studio, 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for couples or small families of up to four. There's a large flat-screen TV and views of the ski slopes at Breckenridge resort. The fully stocked kitchen has all the gear you'll need to keep everyone happy and fed when you're not enjoying Breck's fabulous dining options. The kitchen counter seats for, and there's a small table that seats two.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, shared laundry facilities, and parking for one vehicle. And like Summit Mountain Rentals properties, the condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Such A Covenience Spot.
The place was perfectly located just meters away from main street. It has access to a bus stop, a rental store underneath. The place is perfect for a couple or someone alone.
Perfect Place!
Easy check in. Clean, comfortable and very nice place to stay after a day on the town or the slopes. So close to everything and a lift just outside the building.
Perfect Location In Breck!!
This condo was just perfect in every way! The location cannot be beat (I didn't have a clue about the town when we booked). Beautiful park and bridge steps outside to the middle of Main Street. Free shuttle to everywhere literally across the street, along with the ski-to-town 4o'clock slope outlet. This condo has multiple sets of plates and silverware so you aren't washing dishes every day. Boot/glove dryer was so nice! Owner was immediately responsive when we said it was too hot (there was a portable AC too which we used). Only thing was the futon/bunk bed was creaky so the tossing/turning at night woke us up. Otherwise it had every thing we needed (including coffee and filters!), location was prime, price was the best part. We were totally happy with this condo.
Once Again, A Great Experience With Summit Mountain Rentals.
This time I was with a friend for snowboarding. So we didn't need a big place. This condo was the perfect choice. It is small, but comfortable, clean, and cozy. There is a ski boot dryer, a helpful instructions guide and even an A/C (I didn't use it, but it should come in hand during summer).The location is great. Only a short walk to Main St bars, restaurants and cafes.The condo is located in the 3rd floor and like most of the condos, you only have stairs. I don't think it's a big deal.
