We loved this 4 story place! Beautiful cozy king primary suite with fireplace on top floor, along with a second bedroom and bath. Third floor was the perfect spacious kitchen/dining/living area with fireplace. Second floor (entry floor with garage) had another queen bedroom/bathroom and laundry. Bottom floor was like an apartment with king bedroom, bath, kitchen/living. Three separate balconies with magnificent views! Mike was very communicative when we needed help with the internet. Short walk to Peak 9 lift. Clean and neat! Highly recommend! Would use Peak Properties again!

Great property with lots of space for everyone. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The garage had ample space for a large SUV + Ski gear. Getting in and out and down to the Quicksilver lift was easy. Overall my group of 6 really enjoyed this property.

Summer mountain biking trip. Overall a pleasant stay. Pinecreek-I is a nice unit, will consider it for winter trips also.

Our original reservation had been cancelled by the owner and Peak Properties helped us find this home at the last minute. We rented the entire 4 bedroom for 3 couples and 3 children. There was more than enough space for everyone. The home was very clean and included everything you could really hope that a rental home would have. The location was great. It was a pretty easy walk to the village or to Main Street. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful view with occasional wildlife. We will stay here again when in Breckenridge and will use Peak Properties anytime we can in the future. Thank You

Very nice stay

We had the most wonderful time. Great house and location . We were 11 family members and everybody had their own space but we could also spend time as a family. We are most likely coming back soon. We really enjoyed it. And the view is incredible.
