Our condo rental was just as advertised. The location was perfect with easy access to town and lifts in minutes. The condo was very spacious with updated bathrooms that were perfect and the garage parking was ideal. The hot tub was a great perk and worked great. This rental was the best condo my family has rented in our five years of coming to Breck!

Village #132 was perfect for our quick Spring Break getaway. This home had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 teens. Michael was very helpful answering all our questions about the area. We had a vehicle but probably didn't need it as we walked to Main Street every day. After full days of hitting the slopes we really enjoyed both the hot tub and fireplace in the home. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a very well appointed, comfortable home close by all that Breckenridge has to offer.

Very cozy single family home. There are 3 bedrooms each with a full bath. 2 family rooms. Well maintained and overall pretty clean- the carpet could use a little freshening and there’s some dust in corners and behind furniture. Beds very comfortable. Location is about a 7 minute walk to the south end of Main Street. About 15 minute walk to the Village area. The shuttle pickup is only 100 ft away. Would definitely rent again. Management co very responsive.

Perfect for all of us. The home was stocked with essential kitchen, bathroom and linen needs. Great working washer/dryer. 5 minutes from sledding and a playground. Beautiful neighborhood. None of the bar and party noise.

Great stay! Location was close enough to walk to town but far enough to feel secluded. House was extremely clean and comfortable. Key pickup was really easy and Peak Property management was very friendly and helpful!

Everything (except the hot tub) was better that advertised. Would gladly stay there again.
