Amazing Condo

Highly recommend using Peak Property Mgmt. The condo was beautiful and perfect size for our family of 3. The balcony and view were just right. It was quiet and a walk or 1 min drive to Main street. My family will be using Peak Property again and again.

Great Little Place In Breckenridge.

Place was perfect for our ski trip. Condo had everything we needed during our stay. It was only a short bus ride to downtown Breckenridge.

Excellent Appartment

We spent a few days here with our nephew. We like to cook, and this apartment has a wonderfully equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans and dishes.
Also, very comfortable appartment for 3 adults.
The only reason that I have it 4 starts for location is that it is not a ski in, ski out, but overall, very conveniently located close to the main street, about 0.7 mile walk or hop on the bus that stops right at the corner of the building.

Ski And Racquet #103-C

Overall, the place was clean, well furnished and in a good location. Only complaint is the comfort of the platform bed in the living room nook. The owners really should place a sheet of plywood or something solid between the 2X4's and the mattress. For anyone other than a small child, the 2X4's make it very uncomfortable.
